  • I am from Kolkata, aged 62 yrs. For the last few years, I have frequent swelling and pain in both the knee and had a few dextrose prolotherapy in Kolkata. The relief was short lived. My latest X Ray report showed advanced Osteoarthritis (Grade 3). I came to know about Dr. A. K. Venkatachalam and had a couple of telephonic consultation from Kolkata. I came over to Chennai and had a detailed discussion with Dr. Venkatachalam. He listened carefully and was kind enough to spare his valuable time explaining the procedures to be undertaken and its long term benefits. About 5 days back Dr. Venkatachalam did a combination of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) on both knee. Within 24 hours I was able to walk freely and gradually getting better every day. Dr. Venkatachalam is very friendly and his way of explanation encourages the patient very much.   • I came from Bangladesh along with my father to consult about his knee injury. I myself also had come to do a follow-up checkup on my recent pancreatitis attack.
